So... Ethiopia Anyone?
Ok... so the title kind of gives it away.
After a lot of prayer and thought Melanie and I have decided to set our metaphorical compass towards Tikempt Ishet, southwestern Ethiopia! We both feel like God has put the opportunity square in front of us and that with the amount of guidance He has given us in that direction, we cannot imagine serving Him anywhere else!
We are completely excited about the idea of going there to help in any way we can, to improve health, and to advance God's kingdom!
To change gears a little, my parents are coming to London on Thursday! We are really excited to travel with them for the next three weeks, through the south of France, (where they met!) as well as into northern Italy! Should be a fun trip, and I'm excited to drive on the "right" (both physically and mentally) side of the road again!!! We will be sure to keep you updated on our trip whenever we have internet access.

Congratulations on the next step. May you continue to feel God holding you close and making each step clear. Meanwhile, many blessings to you as you travel to the south of France and northern Italy (places that we also love). How much fun, to be able to walk with your parents through a landscape that has such meaning in their lives. We say, "You can't get a bad meal in France or Italy!"

I'm so happy for you that everything is working out to go to Ethiopia. I can't wait to hear all those stories. And I also can't wait to hear all your Europe stories in person this summer. I'm praying for you both. God bless!
